Slides and Photos must arrive at: OPA, P.O. Box 2488, Crystal Lake, IL 60039-2488.

February 10th
Notification of acceptance mailed.

April 17th through April 21st
Out of Town Artists: Arrival of accepted, shipped and crated artwork at Dana Gallery.

April 17th through April 21st
Local Artists: Deliver all accepted works to Dana Gallery, 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. except Sunday 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

May 4th
Reception and Registration: All participants and guests are invited to attend this casual, informal get together. 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

May 5th
Opening Gallery Reception and Awards Ceremony: Collectors, press, OPA members and invited guests. RSVP appreciated but not required. 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

May 5th through June 13th
Length of time show will be open for viewing. Gallery Hours: 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday; 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Sunday.

June 14th through June 19th
Local artists must remove paintings between 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday; 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Sunday. Otherwise, a storage fee will be charged. Dana Gallery appreciates your cooperation.
