2014 10th Annual Great Paint Out Photos

It was held on Oct 11th at the South Boulder Creek trail. It was a gorgeous day and we had 15 attendees and an informal critique session – very fun!
Illinois
The Illinois Paint Out was held on September 13 in Woodstock, IL.
Maine
This year the OPA Great Paint Out in East Boothbay on September 10, 2014 was attended by both the Plein Air Painters of Maine (PAPME) and the Plein Air Painters of the Southeast (PAPSE). The Southeast painters travelled very long distances (Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina etc.) to join us for the event. The weather was beautiful. The temperature perfect. Everyone had a great time. They would like to do it again next year. In fact we spent the whole week painting together and had a pizza party after the Paint Out! There were 53 painters in all.
Maryland
There were a total of 26 artists who participated in the Maryland Paint Out, painting indoors and outdoors. Everyone had a great time. At the end, some the artists lined up their work and engaged in a very interesting critique.
