Deborah Tilby OPAM
Deborah Tilby is a Canadian painter and Senior Signature member of the Federation of Canadian artists. Her work has garnered numerous awards and accolades and she recently achieved the status of Master in the Oil Painters of America.
Deborah became a painter by way of being an observer. Endeavoring to interpret her observations of the natural world through painting has been a lifelong and endlessly fascinating passion. She says that people choosing her work to hang in witness of their lives is wonderful and humbling.
