Lisa Camilla Hale

Lisa Camilla Hale grew up along the California coast and moved to the Rocky Mountains as a young woman. Born into a family of artists, cans full of brushes and rolls of canvas were staples in her home. As a child she began drawing graphite portraits which progressed to oils, and has since added soft pastel representational landscapes and seascapes. She currently lives in the Boulder area, participating in many local, regional and national events, as well as accepting private commissions. She loves to travel, particularly road trips, gathering photographs, reference material for her paintings, and painting on location.

”I am so inspired and humbled by the vast amount of beauty surrounding me every day, capturing it on paper or canvas for someone to enjoy forever!”  Camilla Hale
