If shipping your artwork in a non-commercial shipping container, there is a $25 fee for uncrating (payable online via PayPal upon completion of this form). If you will be hand-delivering your artwork, or sending your artwork in a commercial art box, such as AirFloat, MasterPak, Uline, etc., you do not need to pay the un-crating fee. However, you still need to complete the form below. NOTE: Federal Express Premium Art Boxes are acceptable but the Federal Express large frame box is not. Also, Home Depot boxes and homemade art boxes do not qualify under the un-crating fee exemption.
