Alla Prima Floral

Description - 🌸🎨 LET’S PAINT FLOWERS! 🎨🌸 Only 4 weeks away! I’m thrilled to be teaching a 3-Day Alla Prima Floral Workshop at Anderson Fine Art Gallery on beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia, October 22–24! Imagine three days surrounded by flowers, paint, color, creativity—and lots of FUN! 💕🖌️ In this workshop, we’ll learn how to capture a fresh floral arrangement wet-on-wet, in a single sitting, using a direct, expressive approach. ✨ Paint boldly and confidently 🎨 Learn to see and mix beautiful color relationships 🖌️ Use expressive brushwork and strong values 🌸 Capture the essence and beauty of the arrangement 💫 Simplify—and leave the unnecessary details behind! We’ll start with loose, quick color sketches to explore the arrangements and get our creative juices flowing. Then we’ll take what we’ve learned and move into a larger painting. The goal? Less fussing. More painting. More confidence. More expression. MORE JOY! ❤️ If you’ve been wanting to loosen up your painting and experience the freedom of working alla prima, I would LOVE to have you join me! 🌴 Anderson Fine Art Gallery 📍 St. Simons Island, Georgia
