Description - The goal of this workshop is to bring clarity and ease to painting flowers. A big part of floral painting is to slow down and pay close attention to the intricate transitions in color and value and to the variety of edges. Using simple compositions, Ashwini will demonstrate how to achieve these transitions on the canvas via accurate color mixing and intuitive brushwork. Ashwini will do a demo in the morning on each day and offer assistance and feedback one-on-one to all the students on their paintings in the afternoons. www.ashwinibharathula.com
