Description - This is a lovely small beach with an interesting large rock jutting out on the south side. There might be a few birds on the beach. There is a boardwalk that goes out into the ocean.
Instructions - Please meet in front of the Custom House restaurant by the beach in Avila. Address: 404 Front Street, Avila Beach, CA Paint out is from 9:30am - 2:30pm. Several public restrooms are conveniently located at the beach. Bring your own food/water/snacks or purchase food at a nearby restaurant. The Hula Hut is a nice option for purchasing lunch. Public parking is available but the close spots sometimes fill up. Since it will be February at the beach it might be a little chilly. A jacket is advisable just in case.
