to be held at Steamboat Art Museum (SAM), located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, from June 1 through September 3, 2018.

To qualify for Shirl Smithson's Memorial Scholarship, an artist must:*
- Be an active OPA member or a full/part-time student
- If selected, scholarships must be used to attend a workshop or class in representational oil painting.

- Share that folder with scholarships@oilpaintersofamerica.com.

  1. Hover your cursor over the folder you want to share.
  2. Click the blue Share button that appears.
  3. Enter this email addresses, scholarships@oilpaintersofamerica.com.
  4. Select Can edit from the pull-down menu.
  5. Then click Share.
No time limitation applies to when paintings were created.

Prepare Your Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label

OPA requires that you include a pre-paid shipping label to cover the return shipment of your painting if it is not sold. Don’t forget to insure your painting.

To send your pre-paid shipping label to the gallery, create your return shipping label now and email it directly to Steamboat Art Museum. Be sure when you email your label that you include your name in the subject line. Example: “John Michael Carter – Return Shipping Label”.
