2019 Western Regional Exhibition Accepted Artist Instructions

Congratulations on being accepted into this year’s Western Regional Exhibition to be held at Sorrel Sky Gallery, located in  Santa Fe, New Mexico, from November 1 – November 30, 2019.

  • Registration

    To be a part of this special exhibition participating artists must pay a $100 administrative fee by January 15, 2019, which will be used to cover administrative costs and awards. Also, participating Signature members must pay his/her membership dues no later than February 1, 2019. Please note that both Master Signature and Signature members will be required to pay for shipping both to and from the exhibition. Don’t forget to insure your painting!

  • Your painting should arrive at the gallery between February 4 through February 8.

Prepare Your Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label

OPA requires that you include a pre-paid shipping label to cover the return shipment of your painting if it is not sold. And, please do not forget to insure your painting!

There are two ways to send your label:

1. Include a paid, printed return shipping label with a bar code and send it in with your painting. Be sure to use the yellow envelope to make it easy for the gallery to see your label.

2. Email your pre-paid shipping label directly to Sorrel Sky Gallery at info@sorrelsky.com. Be sure when you email your label that you include your name in the subject line. Example: “John Michael Carter – Return Shipping Label”.
