Congratulations on your acceptance into this year’s National Exhibition of Traditional Oils to be held at Mark Arts, April 5 – May 31, 2024. Please read the following instructions closely as it includes important information regarding the exhibition. OPA and Mark Arts look forward to receiving your painting.
Important Information!
All artists who have been juried into the exhibition are required to fill out the uncrating form below.
A couple of quick reminders!
•Your painting should arrive in Wichita the week of March 1 through March 15
• Include a return shipping label in your box OR email your return shipping label to sarah@markartsks.com.
• You should receive shipping instructions in the mail. Please read over the information carefully and be sure to proofread the enclosed notification card. If you have not received your instructions by Friday, February 16, 2024 please email Liz Pusch at lpusch@oilpaintersofamerica.com
•Mark Arts needs your bio! Please email them a one-page biography to share with their collectors. Email: sarah@markartsks.com.

OPA and Mark Arts highly recommend you obtain insurance for your artwork while in transit. The shipping industry is experiencing staff shortages resulting in longer delivery times and less care taken with shipments.
