Description - Pack your water bottle, lunch, and art supplies. Meet for coffee at the Chilkoot State Park picnic shelter. We will disperse or buddy up from there, painting anywhere along the river and lake, then meet again at the shelter at 2pm to share. Beware of the bears. This is an active area in the fall, and we would feel lucky to see them at a distance. Keep all food in your vehicle while painting and paint close enough to it that you can retreat if needed.
Instructions - The rocky river, the lake surrounded by mountains, big-tree forests, views of Lynn Canal there the river meets the ocean.
