Description - Views include the ocean, mountains, and trees. From the campsites and picnic tables there is an expansive view to the south east. There is also a short trail to a boardwalk that juts out above the ocean, with views to the north or south and room for an few easels.
Instructions - 10:00am to 4:00pm at the Portage Cove State Campground just south of the cruise ship dock on Beach Road. Bring your lunch, water bottle and all needed art supplies. There is an outhouse onsite.
