Description - Edisto is a gently developed barrier island with beaches, a town, salt marshes and woodlands. There are two state parks as well as Botany Bay Wildlife Management Area.
Instructions - We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Edisto Plein Air Paint Out! The event will be held over two days, October 27-29, 2022, on Edisto Island, SC. There are many places available to paint, both public and private. Edisto is a rural, agricultural, coastal community located between Charleston and Beaufort, SC. Participants secure their own lodging and provide their own transportation and meals. Addresses for painting on private properties are given out the week prior to the paint out. For those who would like to get an early start on Thursday morning, there will be a check-in on Wednesday evening with light refreshments.
