Description - The focus of this workshop is on helping students identify what their goal is and how to achieve it. By focusing on composition, value and temperature, I will guide the student to trust in their knowledge and complete a successful painting.
For the alla prima artist there will be still-life and floral setups to choose from.
For the plein air artist I will encourage them to bring in a small outdoor study which they will reproduce into a larger finished painting.
A class critique will be given on the final afternoon.
